Why Feedback Matters to SMEs

Hello. My name is Jeremy Powers and I’d like to quickly remind you about the importance of feedback for SMEs in this day and age.

Many small businesses, especially if the owner is fairly commercially unaware, don’t have much of a platform to stand on. The platforms are built by learning from the customers about the good and the bad offered to them. Based on that information, an SME can begin to stand on its own two feet steadier and steadier with each client. The more feedback they receive, the quicker they can develop and offer solutions that YOU want, for a price that YOU find reasonable. And this doesn’t just apply to their products or services – you can also provide feedback about their website, customer service, and other things important to you. Because if they are important to you, they’re important to them.
